Order Tracking & Shipping & Returns


We will send items out within 2 business day by China Post or others, after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status by http://www.17track.net/zh-cn/track?nums= During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. In order to make sure package safety, a signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered.

Europe: usually 5-15 business days



Order will be checked 3 times before package. Each bundle will be packed in PVC bag, labeled length. Then put into carton or DHL shipping bag.

Customized package is acceptable. we could provide label, hangtag, logo design service. Please contact us if you need.
