The 0.75mm dermaroller is for our intermediate/advanced customers who want to address shallow acne scars or distinct hyperpigmentation, loose skin, areas of lost volume, stubborn wrinkles and lines, male beard hair growth and who wish to improve surface rejuvenation with deeper needle penetration and cellular turnover stimulation. This size is also an excellent starting point for hair loss prevention and hair growth stimulation, and for use on areas of concern on the body. We do not recommend using the 0.75mm dermaroller on your forehead or around the eyes.

1.0mm:
This is the longest needle dermaroller we recommend for use on face. At the 1.0mm length penetration will reach the papillary layer of the dermis section of your skin layers. This is where deep acne scars, more advanced skin wrinkles, male beard growth/hair loss, or volume loss occurs. We do not recommend using this length on forehead or around eye area. This size is also an advanced treatment for hair loss prevention and hair growth stimulation, and for use on areas of concern on the body. Can be used directly on scalp. You may want to use numbing cream at this depth.

1.5mm:
This needle length specifically to treat stretch marks on the body. We do not recommend using this depth of penetration on your face. Studies have confirmed that dermarolling can help alleviate the appearance of stretch marks. Can be used anywhere stretch marks occur, including thighs, hips, buttocks, abdomen. For more sensitive areas, begin practice with a lower depth penetration length (we recommend 0.75 or 1.0mm to begin treatment). Can also be used to advance scalp treatment.

Please note that Sanitize the head in an alcohol solution for 5-10 minutes before and after each use, Dry it off then place it back into the case. Don't Soaked in alcohol too long as overnight, this should definitely help with deterring from rust and keep needles sharp.

I'm satisfied overall.
I love dermarolling. It feels like my skin absorbs all the serums and moisturizers completely after using it. Skin feels soft and hydrated and brighter. It became a part of my skincare and I am very happy with the results. It also has real needles. It is compact and small so easy to take with me when traveling. The case is good and protects it from dust and whatnot. Easy to clean, use and store.
The Roller is fantastic! I used this for a couple days now. But I've noticed my skin feels smoother and looks more radiant after just a few uses. The real titanium needles are gentle but effective, and I love that it comes with a storage case for easy safekeeping. Highly recommend!
I have used various derma rollers at home, but they always get dull and don’t seem very effective. I’ve had this one for several months now and the needs are still sharp. I can tell my skin care products are more effective after I use this roller. I thinks it’s a great value and size. I’ve been very impressed by its durability and quality. I will be buying again!
